About William

William Wat was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to Canada in 1982. He pursued studies in financial commerce and computers. However, finances eventually became his focus, later forming his career background. William decided to move into real estate in 1989. He subsequently pursued interest in stocks by taking several Canadian Securities courses and eventually earned CSC certificates in 1998. Undoubtedly, such further education enhances his knowledge of the economy and how it affects the real estate world. With time, the total dollar volume of his real estate career has topped 320 million.

Apart from investing a great deal of time in his work, William is also actively involved in the community. For example, he sponsors several children throughout the world, acting as their foster parent. He is also dedicated to advocate the move towards a more plant-based diet for environmental sustainability, better health, and compassion toward animals. In his leisure time, he actively participates in swimming. At home, William spends a lot of time with his wife and his dog, a 7-year old St. Bernard.
